Each turn, players choose one of four actions: Seek Inspiration, Seek Fortune, Seek Patronage, or Perform. Inspiration is your primary resource, and it comes in three tones: Joy, Passion, and Sorrow. Seeking inspiration allows you to gain your resource while all of the other actions will have players spend inspiration to acquire cards. Fortune cards help build your engine, which can allow you to gain bonus actions on your turn.
Patron cards can also help build your engine or can give you bonus legacy points for endgame scoring. Chamber Music and Concert Music cards give you lots of legacy points, but every time you perform, your opponents can attend your performance and gain inspiration. You will not only have a special ability as your specific composer, but you are also the only person who can compose your very own Magnum Opus. Complete specific goals to gain Maestro cards, and end the game. Compose your masterpiece. Secure your legacy.

In a game of 23 Knives, you take on the role of a Roman citizen with one of three allegiances: a loyalist to Caesar, a liberator of Rome, or an opportunist biding their time. Throughout the game, you travel through Rome, manipulating other citizens and swaying them to your cause.
At the end of the game, if 23 or more knives are in the Curia, Caesar is dead and the liberator most committed to killing Caesar wins. With fewer than 23 knives, the loyalist most dedicated to saving Caesar wins. Opportunists are those who linger, waiting to shift the fate of Caesar at the last moment, and if they do, they win as a team.

You own a small tinning company on the coast of Spain where you make simply the best conservas for everyone to enjoy. You have special goals each month, but it isn’t always about making the most money. Having a sustainable impact on the sea is very important: If you harm the ocean by overfishing, you will fail in your mission. Maintaining a balanced relationship with the sea is vital as you work hard and continue to make the best conservas in the world!

In each game of Conservas, you begin each season with a single boat and a little money. The sea is represented by a bag of chits full of fish and water tiles. In each round, you will fish from this bag, taking some back to your facility for tinning while leaving others at sea to breed.
In order to win, you must maintain a delicate balance between fishing and allowing populations to grow. Each month will have a unique set of objectives, and your sustainability goals are as important as your financial targets. Each market is also unique with specific rules and strategies for making a profit. With 12 different scenarios, randomized decks of boats, and upgrade cards, every game will offer a different challenge as you grow your company.
